Mark Arends is a British actor, writer and director. He graduated from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art in 2003 and was nominated for a 2011 Ian Charleson Award.[1] His work as an actor includes The Beast in Beauty and the Beast at the National Theatre [2] and Tom Wingfield in The Glass Menagerie at the Royal Exchange, Manchester. He has also appeared in film and television programs including Skins and Silent Witness.[3]

In 2012 he wrote, directed and composed original music for Something Very Far Away at the Unicorn Theatre [4]
